For those local to me, Houston, Tx, I am currently taking new clients.

Mobile Training

I  travel within the North Houston area. I am happy to work with any breed of horse, pony or mules as well. I train using mainly negative reinforcement, but I use all aspects of operant conditioning, positive reinforcement, positive punishment and negative punishment as well.

I can start horses under saddle or work with problem horses. Common problems I can address include: 
Buddy sour
Rearing
Bolting 
Spooky 
Won’t stand for saddling, mounting, etc 
Hard to bridle
Hard mouthed 
Dead sided 
Pulling back when tied 
Kicking 
Tune ups

I can also work with owners on a variety of issues. Learn about bits; the difference between snaffles, curbs, gags and combination bits and how specific bits work in order to cue the horse. I offer beginner riding lessons on their horse so owners can build confidence and get the most most from their horse.

$35 per one hour session. $.30 a mile round trip after the first 15 miles will be added to your total as a trip charge to cover traveling expenses; fuel and wear and tear on my vehicle.
